Dr. Garland Scott has spoken at several conventions as a motivational speaker on many topics such as Restorative Justice and the role of the Black Church for the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice, discovering your purpose and potential and how to maximize your strengths in the workforce, and restructuring and restoring the local Church. He also works as a National Grant Reviewer. He has appeared on many talk shows on networks such as CNN, PBS, Religion Effectives, the Trinity Board Casting Network, and Totally Christian Television. As a result of all the many trials Garland Scott has went though from pit to pentacle, he has authored several books, such as, Connecting The Dots, “First Things First, The Priority Of The King”, and Redeeming the Time. Dr. Garland Scott believes the greatest discovery is self-discovery, and the greatest tragedy is to master something you were never created to do.

Kingdom Culture Ministry Compliance purpose is to conduct an audit of all churches that are under the covering of Kingdom Culture Fellowship; to ensure the churches are in compliance with federal and state requirements financially and organizationally.

Dean Everett Smith
Everett Smith retired from the U.S. Navy in 1994 after 20 years of service. Everett earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a MBA with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. After working 23 years in different businesses and industries, and leading and managing at different levels to include Campus Director and College President at a non-profit college, Everett founded CorpAbility Consulting, LLC. CorpAbility Consulting is a management consulting firm that helps startup and functioning churches, ministries, non-profit, and for-profit organizations with business and organizational development (i.e. EIN, Incorporation. Tax Exemption, etc.) plus much more. Everett Smith primary clients and extensive experience is in church and non-profit organizations. Before devoting his work full-time to CorpAbility Consulting, Everett has had 10 years’ experience conducting all the above services for several organization, which include churches and non-profit organizations.
