MEET OUR DEAN OF COMPLIANCE

Everett Smith retired from the U.S. Navy in 1994 after 20 years of service. Everett Smith earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a MBA with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. Everett is the founder of CorpAbility Consulting, LLC, a management consulting firm that helps startup churches, ministries, non-profit, and for-profit organizations with business and organizational development. Everett Smith primary clients and extensive experience is in church and non-profit organizations. Everett helps startup churches and non-profit organizations apply for and obtain their Employer Identification Number (EIN), State Incorporation, Tax exempt 501(c)3, plus business/organizational planning, and any other management, leadership, and business-related service and training needed or desired.

 

Everett conducts audits on functioning churches, ministries and non-profit organizations to ensure the organization meets and follows federal and state requirements financially and organizationally. Everett also helps these organizations apply for and obtain their Tax exempt 501(c)3 if they are not currently exempt, plus any other business/organizational planning, management, leadership, and business-related service and training needed or desired.

 

Before devoting his work full-time to CorpAbility Consulting, Everett has had 10 years’ experience conducting all the above services, as a College President, Campus Director, Dean, and Adjunct Instructor at a non-profit college, Accountant, Full-Charge Bookkeeper, Tax Service Provider, and Compliance Manager for City Center Ministry of Jacksonville dba/Embassy Fellowship. CorpAbility's non-profit clients include City Center Ministry of Jacksonville dba/Embassy Fellowship, Reintegration Solutions of Jacksonville, Kingdom Culture Fellowship, Spirit and Life Bible Church, Vin Chache Ed.
